Working with my creative partner, I was tasked to pick this brand off the floor and make it A) Known and B) Relative in the small, exclusive world of high-end boating.
We built a team from scratch, a flexible small team capable of web design, 3D, animation, social execution, photography and great writing, among other things... We built the creative library from scratch. We started with an image library of 5 usable pictures. None of which fit our vision for the brand.
With a small budget in mind, we created content daily on our own. I was even shooting videos and stills. We planned and executed a 3-days shoot in Islamorada that generated enough high-level content to carry us for a year.
We created all types of print ads. Posting almost daily to social. Got a video I concepted and we shot in 1 hour to go "viral" with no money behind it. We re-imagined the trade show experience and designed the best trade show booth at all boat shows, despite competitors having huge budgets to spend on theirs.
In just 6 months, the brand went from "unknown" to the most talked about in boating.
